2024  Bomber Summer Strength 

Become the best you can be! Regardless of the sport, or even if you do no sports, the Bomber Summer Strength program is a great program. All youth, boys, and girls, grades 6 up to 12 (2023-24 school year), are invited to attend. We start at 7:00 am sharp. Athletes will start with running, plyometrics, footwork drills, etc.
Then weight room for strength training, then back to the field house for core and stretching. We cover it all and are finished by 8:30 am. An exceptional value at $65.00 per athlete. This eight-week program runs Monday, Wednesday, and Friday starting Wednesday, June 12th, and running through Friday, August 2nd. (with the following days off June 19th, July 1st - July 5th). 

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7:00 am sharp to 8:30 am. Very important athletes are there for the entire workout. Please remember that the week of July 1-5 is the MSHSL " No Contact" week and there will be no training. All ages and abilities, grades 6-12, are welcome!
